We're GREEN!!!

But not with envy! At AssureVault, we're doing our part to help the environment by making green choices!

New vehicles. We've recently expanded our fleet with new, earth-friendly vehicles. After considering many options, we chose Chevrolet’s low-emission HHR Panel. Our vehicles cover up to 200 miles per day, making the HHR perfect for tape rotation and light carton transportation services.

The HHR is a secure vehicle and, with good fuel-efficiency, it will help us keep our transportation costs as low as possible. Look for us on the road today!

New Energy-efficient Servers. We are in the process of upgrading our computing infrastructure with a new line of energy efficient servers. Produced by Dell, these servers reduce our consumption of power by up to 40%. This helps offset our ever-increasing cost to run our business while we we reduce our impact on the environment!

Electronic Invoicing. We can now send you an invoice via email. It will arrive as a PDF attachment, which you can approve and forward to your Accounts Payable department. To sign up, please call 1-877-41-VAULT or send an email to support@assurevault.com.

Helping Our Customers – Recovery is Everything! Recently we were able to demonstrate what Rapid Recovery is all about. We received a call early one evening from a client who was distraught about a very important spreadsheet. She had been working on it for days and, in a late-afternoon review, she was informed by her CEO that the changes she made were incorrect. She needed to return to an earlier version of the spreadsheet and re-apply changes... and it was needed for a very important presentation the next morning!

Within minutes she was using the AssureVault DPS Restore Now Wizard and the version of the spreadsheet from 8 days prior was retrieved from our server restored to her workstation. Below is the email received by our customer service team the next day:

Midwest Golf & Turf is a customer of AssureVault’s and has been for about the last year. We’ve (luckily) not had a need to use the service to restore a lost file until yesterday evening.

I called your office and my call was taken by your customer service representative. He “talked me off the ledge” and was extremely helpful in walking me through the procedure to restore my lost file. He put me at ease immediately and provided excellent customer service.

New Client Highlights. Truline Industries and DCR Systems are two of our newest DPS Partners:

DCR Systems operates automobile collision centers around the country, providing automobile dealerships with the unique opportunity to outsource the operation of their collision repair business while adding to a great customer experience and generating better earnings.

Because of the distributed nature of their business operations, protecting data was becoming a bigger and bigger challenge, requiring local management and staff to administer tape-based backup operations - a risky practice at best. In addition, they had no way of securing important information that is stored on the company’s laptops.

In December, 2007, DCR Systems implemented AssureVault DPS throughout their operations, providing protection for their business-critical data on all of their servers and laptops.

Serving customers since 1939, Truline Industries is an AS 9100 / ISO 9001 compliant facility and the world's leading supplier of fuel pump bearings.

Without a dedicated IT staff, Truline struggled to protect their business information systems. Their core server, a Unix-based platform, maintains all of their mission-critical applications: financial, production and quality control systems.

In November of 2007, Truline deployed AssureVault DPS on their workstations and servers and they now have complete protection for their vital data.
